Tulsa Spring Swing is excited to welcome every registered dancer. However, if you are not able to make it, the following options are available.

REFUNDS

Full refunds may be issued for written requests submitted at least 30 days prior to the first day of the event. Please send refund request details to Dancingjeanne@gmail.com. In certain cases, such as verified natural disasters or airline failures, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis prior to the event.

EVENT PASS TRANSFER

An event ticket is fully transferable to another dancer, provided the request is submitted in writing at least one week before the event. To initiate a transfer, please email Dancingjeanne@gmail.com with the full name and email address of the new attendee. Transfers are not valid until confirmation and acknowledgment of acceptance is received.

COMPETITION FEES

Contest fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred with an event pass. However, if a registered partner for a Strictly Swing contest is unable to participate, a new partner may be substituted for that entry. The updated partnership must be submitted in writing to Dancingjeanne@gmail.com or in person at the Registration desk before the posted contest entry deadline.

TRANSFER TO FUTURE EVENT

At any time prior to the event, or within five days after the event, a passholder may choose to transfer their pass to themselves for the following year only. In this case, a credit equal to 80% of the original event pass purchase price may be applied toward a Weekend Pass for the following year, valid only for the original passholder. This credit—and any pass purchased with it—cannot be transferred again and residuals have no cash value. The credit must be applied to a new ticket no later than 30 days prior to the event. Please note: if the selected event pass includes food and beverage options, an additional fee may apply.
