Tulsa Spring Swing is excited to welcome every registered dancer. However, if you are not able to make it, the following options are available.

REFUNDS

Full refunds for passes, workshops and competitions may be issued upon written request submitted at least 14 days prior to the first day of the event. After that all purchases are non-refundable. Requests are not valid until confirmation and acknowledgment of acceptance is received. Please send refund requests to Dancingjeanne@gmail.com.

EVENT PASS TRANSFER

An event ticket is fully transferable to another dancer, provided the request is submitted in writing at least 5 days prior the first day of event. After that all purchases are non-transferable. Transfers are not valid until confirmation and acknowledgment of acceptance is received. To initiate a transfer, please email Dancingjeanne@gmail.com with the full name and email address of the new attendee.

COMPETITION FEES

Contest fees cannot be transferred with an event pass. However, if a registered partner for a Strictly Swing contest is unable to participate, a new partner may be substituted for that entry. The updated partnership must be submitted in writing at least 3 days prior to the first day day of the event to Dancingjeanne@gmail.com. After that, substitutions may be entered at the Registration desk before the posted contest entry deadline.
