Event Passes

All Tulsa Spring Swing passes are non-refundable, but may be transferred, upon request and approval, until 2 days prior to the event start date. Passes may be transferred to another dancer or to Tulsa Spring Swing 2026. To request a transfer, the current pass owner should send an email with the request details to dancingjeanne@gmail.com. If transferring to another person, please include your registered name and registration confirmation number, along the full name and email address of the transferee. Under special circumstances a reimbursement may be requested by contacting Jeanne at dancingjeanne@gmail.com .

Complimentary passes that were issued as a gift, or won, are non-transferable and are only valid for the year they were issued.

Contest Entries

Contest entries may not be transferred. However, Strictly Swing entries may change one partner name and/or level. To request a partner change, please send an email with details of the request to dancingjeanne@gmail.com. Please include your registered name and registration confirmation number, along the full name and email address of the transferee.

Tulsa Spring Swing is mindful of the health and safety of every community member through the implementation of best practices based on the CDC recommendations as well as sensible precautions.

While masks and vaccines are not required, all attendees are expected to do their part to keep themselves and others in our community healthy and safe. We ask that you be aware of the changes in your community and your own personal health before attending the event. Should you get sick or feel sick prior to your arrival, we recommend that you stay home. Should you get sick or feel sick while at the event, we encourage you to isolate to prevent further spread.

Please know that we want our community to be healthy while also having the opportunity to dance.

Tulsa Spring Swing is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable event experience for everyone. All attendees, instructors, staff, and volunteers are required to comply with the adopted Code of Conduct and the terms of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Organizers will enforce this code and terms throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody

If you need help at the event:
· Please call 911 for emergencies
· Please find an event organizer in person by requesting one at the registration desk or the DJ booth. 

Tulsa Spring Swing is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, ability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Negative or harassing sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for events, dances, workshops, competitions, and online media. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the event organizers. We expect you to treat others with kindness and respect.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to, offensive verbal comments or actions related to gender, age, sexual orientation, ability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of workshops or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the event organizers will take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or immediate expulsion from the event with no refund.

‍If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact an event organizer immediately. Event organizers can be found by requesting one at the registration desk or at the DJ booth.

Event organizers will be happy to help participants contact venue staff or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event. We value your attendance and your safety.

We attend dance events to connect with each other and share our love of dance. Dance is for everyone, and for all personal life style choices. Together, we must create a safe space for all. Please be respectful and be kind to everyone.

We expect all event participants to follow all terms defined above. If you can not, please stay home.
