Newcomers have a special place at Tulsa Spring Swing, so we want you to feel the Love!  From focused Workshops and a Special Orientation Meeting to a Mentor Program for Competitors, we want to take the edge off dance events and competitions!

Newcomer Mentor Program

We know that a positive dance event experience begins with positive input and good information. At Tulsa Spring Swing, we want to build confidence in attending a dance event or competing for the first time. Therefore, we have created our Newcomer Mentor program to provide a personal mentor to guide and support your along your newcomer journey by sharing information, experience and advice, while offering encouragement.

Newcomer Welcome Meeting

On Friday afternoon, Kick off the weekend with an orientation meeting and introduction for the weekend. Meet some of your mentors for the weekend, along with fellow newcomer dancers.
